岗位职责/Main Missions
- 熟练掌握产品专业知识,清晰传递公司信息,执行销售策略,达成业绩目标;Familiar with product expertise, clearly communicate company information, implement sales strategies, and achieve performance goals;
- 按计划完成日常拜访与客户维护工作(医院、药房、经销商、政府部门等),积极传递公司形象;Complete planned daily visits and customer maintenance (hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, local authorities, etc.), and actively convey the company's image;
- 配合公司市场部,组织宣传活动、医药领域专家活动等;Cooperate with the company's marketing department to organize sales campaign and medical expert activities, etc.;
- 收集客户对产品及公司的反馈信息,及时为客户提供服务;Collect customer feedback On products and companies, and provide timely services to customers;
- 按时完成数据报表,协助当地公司与总部的联络沟通。Complete the data report On time and assist the local company to communicate with the headquarters.
任职资格/Job Requirements
- 医药或营销相关专业本科及以上学历,医药销售相关从业经验者优先;Bachelor degree or above in medicine/pharmaceutical or marketing related majors, medical representative related experience preferred;
- 有志于开拓并深耕非洲医药市场,具有开拓精神,适应性强(本公司负责复星医药非洲业务板块);Aspiring to explore and deeply cultivate the African pharmaceutical market, with pioneer spirit and strong adaptability (our company is responsible for Fosun Pharma Group’s African BU);
- 能以英语作为工作语言,接受常驻非洲(本岗位发展方向为海外营销类高管)。
Capable to use English as working language and accept working aboard in Africa (this position is oriented to overseas sales/marketing high executive)
